These Agile Scrum Planning Poker cards are used as a method to plan teamwork in a simple and effective way. This deck includes 12 sets of cards with the numbers 0, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, 100. These cards symbolize the amount of effort required of the team to realize the item. In addition, each series contains a '?' and a picture of a cup of coffee.

Each set contains 156 cards at which 12 people can participate in Scrum Planning Poker.

This Association Cards collection includes 45 dynamic and thought-provoking images, designed in the A5 dimension (21 x 15 cm), all enclosed within an attractive and durable casing.

The images have been carefully chosen for their capacity to invoke various associations such as a sense of defeat, triumph, camaraderie, fear, confidence, among others. This makes the set particularly effective for implementing in retrospectives, different types of workshops, training modules, or during coaching sessions. Encased in a sturdy and stylish box, these association cards promise to remain in pristine condition for a long time!

There are countless ways to utilize the association cards. On the reverse side of the box, you'll find several additional ways to use these cards. For instance, in a retrospective meeting, you could ask each team member to pick two pictures: one that most accurately portrays the team's experience during the previous sprint and another that best encapsulates their individual role within it. Subsequently, each member is given a chance to elaborate on their selected images to the rest of the team.
